The Enoka Family

The Enoka family command the world's oceans with their three gargantuan sailing cities. From these, a well ordered navy maintains order around their island territories. The Enoka believe that discipline and order will keep the peace and maintain the safety of their people. Due to constant disagreements and misunderstandings they despise the Kota family and the two are nearly always at each others throats.
