Disciplinary Regimentation
Since the start of the Second Great War, Enoka has never left a Military First mindset. Every citizen within Enoka has rank and responsibility. Children go through rigorous education up until they turn eighteen, at which point they enter the workforce as temporary supported interns. While not paid directly, Enoka supplies the family with an additional stipend while the student determines their career. Students usually end up in a career related to their parents career, however it is not unusual for some to take interest in completely different subjects. At age sixteen, all citizens are required to enter military training on top of their regular schooling for a minimum of ten years. This ensures that by the time a citizen has reached the age of thirty, they are well versed in military drills and procedure as well as being confident in their ability to support the community.
Given the size of the City-Ships, discipline is a highly rewarded attribute. Every citizen is expected to take part in making sure the ship remains safe. This includes reporting potentially dangerous or illegal activity as soon as possible to the local Security Officer.
