The Kota Family

The Kota family own fleets of slow moving, but heavily armed sky barges, and floating cities that patrol the edges of the worlds oceans and mountain peaks. Their air superiority has given many in the Kota family an aloof mentality and are often seen by others as goofy or risk taking. To support the barges and cities, the Kota also make use of small, short range, airplanes and other flying machines.
