Tonya McKnight

Tonya McKnight started The Fair Folk just a few years ago. They saw the harm the gangs and The Overseer were doing to the people of The Wheel and they decided to do something about it. Tonya is known to be fickle, deciding who needs help and who doesn't on a whim. Mostly, they're helpful but more than a few people have negative things to say about how The Fae Queen wouldn't help them.
