Memories of Ravos are fuzzy at best. Though he was one of the original members of The Shield of Basin, he fell during an interaction with a horrifying creature that alters memories and the party was (for lack of a better word) completely unaware of his existence until the creature was finally defeated. 

 Without even a body to bury, Orpheus made sure Ravos got a place of honour in the Mausoleum in Fort Basin of Mirefield.
