# Kimudoism

<div class="visibility-toggler" id="bkmrk-kimudoism-believes-i"><div class="section-payload">Kimudoism believes in the divine nature of the natural world. It does not see the natural world as a singular, personal deity, but instead as a living force of power. This power, known as the River, flows through all people and effects them in different ways, but it is the root of the soul. Upon death, the soul simply leaves the body it was inhabiting and returns to the flow of the River until it once again finds its way to a new vessel; be that person, animal, tree, or otherwise. It is believed that psionic powers, with the exception of metapsionics, are an affront to the River due to their potential to disrupt and alter both time and space.</div></div>##### Divine Origins
